GET TO KNOW ME
“Things do NOT happen for a reason, things just happen. Some things cannot be
fixed. They can only be carried and you can choose to carry them with grace.”
- Linda Strano Burton
As a mental health therapist, my goal is to empower you to take the first step in regaining your well-being after struggling with hardships, personal challenges, or even loss. I am here to provide the safe space where you can share your struggle with someone who understands, and who can help you embark on the journey to fulfilment.
My own life’s journey led me to the field of counselling and it has given me a unique understanding of various individual and family concerns, including depression, anxiety and other personal and familial hardships.
Particularly and personally, I am fully committed to embracing individuals who are planning, or in the process of building a family, as well as those grieving loss from this process. As a fertility warrior myself, I understand the pain, suffering, and the multitude of losses that are often not recognized by society. My life and my passions have been shaped through my own personal years of fertility struggles and loss, and this has allowed me to learn and develop tools to help individuals, couples, and families through this journey.
My work as a Fertility & Family Coach has taught me the importance of taking care of the most important person in our life: ourselves… and the best way to do that is to acquire self-care tools and coping strategies, and to build a strong support clan that can lift us up.
This focus on service has catalysed my desire to extend my education and expertise so that I can assist this community in the embracing capacity of a mental health counsellor.
As an aside, I am also from Italy. I enjoy discussing my love for Italia and I can provide services in Italiano.
You are NOT alone, I see YOU
